- Implement and validate predictive models as well as create and maintain statistical models with a focus on big data.
- Incorporate a variety of statistical and machine learning techniques
- Use leading edge tools such as R Library, python, tensor-flow combined with IBM tools and our AI application suites
- Work in an Agile, collaborative environment, partnering with other engineers, scientist, consultants and database administrators of all backgrounds and disciplines to bring analytical rigor and statistical methods to the challenges of predicting behaviors.
- Build teams or writing programs to cleanse and integrate data in an efficient and reusable manner, developing predictive or prescriptive models, and evaluating modeling results
- Communicate with internal and external clients to understand and define business needs, providing analytical solutions.
- Communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficient at least one of the statistical programming language such as R, Python, Scala or SAS, SPSS, Matlab.
- Great problem solving skills, by taking a different approach to, debugging, troubleshooting, and designing & implementing solutions to complex technical issues.
- Strong fundamentals in Mathematics and Computer Science (algorithms)
- Strong technical and analytical abilities, a knack for driving impact and growth, and some experience with programming/scripting in a language such as Java or Python.
- Some knowledge of Design Thinking and Agile Development Methodologies
- Proficient in Java, JavaScript, C++, HMTL, CSS
- Basic understanding of Cloud (AWS,Azure, etc)
- Completed an internship or has relevant work experience with a proven track record.

Location Statement
The compensation range for this position is based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
